Q.Post-Treatment Precautions: Brightening/Melasma/Pigmentation
- You may wash your face and apply makeup after 2–3 hours.
- Please avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, jjimjilbang, and strenuous exercise for about 1 week after treatment.
- Please focus on using a soothing/regenerative cream and keeping the skin well moisturized, and be sure to apply sunscreen when going outside.
- Redness, warmth, or slight swelling may occur immediately after treatment and usually subsides within a few days. If symptoms persist or warmth continues after 1–2 days of monitoring, please contact the clinic.
- The skin may temporarily appear darker or lighter, but this usually resolves naturally
Q. Precautions for Ointment Use After CO2 Treatment
- Please try to keep water away from the treated area. If it does get wet, please dry it thoroughly.
- Apply ointment to the treated area 2–3 times a day to prevent dryness.
- After the treated area fully heals in 1–2 weeks, redness may remain for up to 1–6 months.
- Please avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, jjimjilbang, and strenuous exercise for about 1 week after treatment.
- Apply moisturizer, sunscreen, and regenerative cream sufficiently for faster recovery and to prevent pigmentation.
Q.Precautions for Duoderm Application After CO2 Treatment
- Please keep the regenerative tape applied to the treated area for about 7–14 days.
- If the tape swells and fluid leaks out, please replace it. If there's minimal swelling, replace it once every 3 days.
- The tape is water-resistant for everyday use, so you may wash your face on the day of treatment with it on — just be gentle. Makeup and shaving are fine as long as you avoid the treated area.
- After the treated area fully heals in 1–2 weeks, redness may remain for up to 1–6 months.
- Please avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, jjimjilbang, and strenuous exercise for about 1 week after treatment.
